How much can I earn?
You earn 25% on your referral’s qualifying paid subscription revenue on a recurring basis—commission continues beyond the first year while they remain an active, attributed customer. Both monthly and annual plans qualify. Exact calculation, caps, and attribution rules are defined in your Impact program terms and agreement.
How does referral tracking work?
You share your unique referral link. Anyone who signs up through it is tracked to you. The program uses a 90-day cookie window, so referrals stay credited to you even if they come back later within that period.
When is a commission unlocked?
When a team subscribes to any SparrowDesk plan, it counts as your referral. The commission unlocks only after they have stayed active on a paid subscription for 30 days. If they churn or cancel before those 30 days are complete, there is no reward.
When do I get paid, and how?
Payout timing follows the public program copy: commissions unlock after the 30-day active period, and payment is sent the following month after verification. Impact runs payouts on our behalf — including bank transfer — and handles how you connect your payout method in their partner dashboard.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
No. There is no minimum threshold.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The program is free to join, with no sign-up fees. You do not need a SparrowDesk subscription to participate.
